    Introduction:

    The Whole Project Crops Study Analysis System of the whole project is applicable to seed testing, seed germination rate, rice seed setting rate, pod phenotype, corn/black corn ear, cross section, pod phenotype, melon and fruit phenotype, seed germination and root analysis and determination of rice, wheat, corn, soybean, sorghum, millet, rape, vegetables and flowers.

    Characteristics:

    • Seed Germination Analysis:Automatically detects total seeds and germinated seeds inside a dedicated germination device through image recognition, with precise marking of germination status.
    • Rice Seed Setting Rate Analysis:Accurately identifies rice grains and calculates empty grain count, filled grain count, and seed setting percentage. Supports automatic labeling of empty and filled grains, while displaying grain shape parameters such as length, width, aspect ratio, area, and perimeter. Built-in japonica and indica rice models are provided, with support for custom model training.
    • Maize Ear Analysis:Automatically measures ear length, ear diameter, bald tip length, left/right ear edge angle, row angle, average kernels per row, kernel thickness.

    • Maize Cross-Section Analysis:Measures kernel length, kernel width, kernel height, and color (RGB values) from maize cross-sections. Supports analysis of at least 15 sections at one time.
    • Black Corn Imaging Kit:Special imaging kit for black corn that automatically measures ear length, ear diameter, bald tip length, row angle, average kernels per row, cob diameter, kernel thickness, and average kernel size from cross-sections.
    • Seed Shape Analysis:Suitable for over 30 types of seeds, including rice, wheat, maize, soybean, sorghum, millet, rapeseed, vegetables, and flowers. Automatically analyzes each seed’s length, width, aspect ratio, area, and perimeter. Provides total seed count, 1000-seed/100-seed weight, color, averages, standard deviation, bulk density, moisture content, and seed size comparison charts.
    • Pod Phenotype Analysis:Suitable for crops such as edamame, broad bean, and pea. Supports measuring at least 50 pods at once. Automatically analyzes pod number, seed number, pod weight, pod length, width, perimeter, area, curvature, handle length, handle thickness, and more. Supports manual correction of pod endpoints and seed counts.
    • Fruit Phenotype Analysis:Used for analyzing watermelon cross-sections and other horticultural fruits. Measures fruit diameter, shape index, perimeter, area, rind thickness, rind area, flesh area, cavity area, color, and fruit weight. Widely used in breeding, gene mapping, and stress research.
    • Seed Germination & Root Analysis:Commonly used in seed vigor, germination studies, quality trait research, and breeding. Automatically measures hypocotyl length, root length, and germination rate for at least 30 germinated seeds in one analysis.
    • Integrated Backlight Seed Testing Board & Weighing Module:Enables simultaneous seed testing and weighing. Weight data is automatically transferred to the system and converted into 1000-seed or 100-seed weight.
    • Visual Weighing Platform & Multi-Purpose Display:The display allows real-time viewing of seed weight during testing. It can connect directly to a computer or operate independently as a balance (0–5 kg range). Includes tare and calibration functions for higher accuracy.
    • Moisture Measurement:Measures grain moisture content through a moisture analyzer, with results automatically imported into the system.
    • Mobile Counting App:Supports seed counting, saving, and historical data review on mobile devices. Includes crop name, variety, seed quantity, and test time. Allows custom crop names, batch variety addition, and one-click algorithm selection.
    • Smart Comparison & Deep Learning:Precisely displays seed outlines and compares seed length and width between varieties with visual comparison charts. Supports deep learning for automatic classification based on color or shape.
    • Manual Correction Assistance:Users can manually split or merge incorrectly identified seeds with a mouse to ensure 100% accuracy.
    • Counting Speed & Accuracy:Maize kernels: 1,500–3,000 kernels/minute; other seeds: 1,200–20,000 seeds/minute. Counting accuracy ≤ ±0.5%, with manual correction achieving 100% accuracy. Supports seed sizes from 1.0–20.0 mm.
    • Weighing Capacity & PrecisionWeighing range: 0–5 kg. Automatic 1000-seed weight analysis error ≤ ±0.5%.
    • One-Click Chinese/English Switching:Supports instant switching between Chinese and English interfaces.
    • Custom Area Counting:Allows counting of seeds within any selected or rectangular area in the working view.
