Introduction:

This crop seed inspection and analysis system leverages image recognition technology, specializing in seed quality detection for corn, rice, wheat, soybeans, rapeseed, vegetables and other crops. It also supports phenotypic analysis of corn ears and their cross-sections.

Measurement Parameters:

  •  Grain: Automatically detect the grain type parameters (length, width, aspect ratio, area, perimeter) of a single seed, including the total number of seeds, thousand seed weight, hundred seed weight, color analysis, average value (length, width, aspect ratio, area, perimeter), standard deviation, and semi-automatic detection of bulk density, moisture, grain type, and grain color for all seeds.
  • Cross section: Automatically detect the number of rows, ear thickness, shaft thickness, grain length, grain width, grain color, and their average values.
  • Ear: Ear length, ear thickness, bald tip length, left and right ear edge angles, ear row angles, ear row number, row grain number, grain thickness, ear color and their average values, semi-automatic detection of ear type and axis color.

Features:

  • Applicable for the analysis of grain size indicators of corn, rice, wheat, soybeans, rapeseed, and vegetable seeds of equivalent grain types.
  • Corn whole ear analysis function: automatically measures the number of rows, grains, ear length, ear thickness, bald tip length, left and right ear edge angles, ear row angles, ear rows, and ear color of each corn.
  • Corn section analysis function: corn ear thickness, shaft thickness, ear row number, and grain width. At least 15 cross-sections can be measured at once.
  • Analysis and calculation of seeds and grains of rice, wheat, soybeans, rapeseed, vegetables, etc.: quantity, thousand grain weight/hundred grain weight, grain type per seed (including length, width, aspect ratio, circumference, area, diameter), moisture content, color (represented by RGB), and number of embryo tips.
  • Can analyze the total results of various types of seeds: average values of all seeds (length, width, aspect ratio, circumference, area, diameter)
  • Hardware device: A3 format (maximum resolution 1600dpi × 1600dpi, purple M1 color scanner).
  • Analysis speed: It can simultaneously image and analyze 10 corn ears, 35 corn sections, 1500-3000 corn kernels per minute, and 1200-20000 kernels per minute for other kernels.
  • Moisture: Equipped with a moisture analyzer, it can obtain the moisture content of grains and input the moisture value into the system for automatic export.
  • Image: It can be enlarged or reduced at will, making it convenient to view the marked results.
  • Data: It can automatically export Excel spreadsheets and has the function of adding and saving.
  • Color: Use recognized specific RGB values to represent the color of the seed.
  • Weight: A balance with automatic weight output function, which automatically converts the weight of thousands/hundreds of particles after input.
  • Embryo tip count: It can automatically identify the number of corn kernels with embryo tips and mark them.
  • Data synchronization: When the computer network connection is normal, it automatically synchronizes to the cloud platform, where data can be viewed, analyzed, and managed.
