Introduction:

The TPKZ-1 is a professional instrument designed for seed quality inspection of corn and other crops.It is equipped with a high-resolution color scanner (1600 dpi × 1600 dpi), which can process 10 crop ears and roughly 1000 seeds in one batch.

Characteristics:

  • The system is equipped with an A3 format with a maximum resolution of 1600dpi and a purple M1 color scanner. Can analyze the diameter of various seed particles ranging from 1 to 20mm.
  • Scanner workspace: A3 size (431.8mm x 304.8 mm);
  • Analysis speed: capable of simultaneously imaging 10 corn ears, 35 corn sections, and around 1000 corn kernels;
  • Automatic counting speed: 1500~3000 grains/minute (corn kernels), 1200~20000 grains/minute for other kernels, counting error ≤± 0.1~0.4%, can monitor and correct results. Equipped with automatic correction features for camera image distortion and backlight uniformity, effectively reducing size measurement errors;
  • The corn seed analysis system can automatically measure the number of grains, the grain shape parameters of each grain (length, width, aspect ratio, area, equivalent diameter, circumference, etc.), as well as their average values, and sort and output them. The accuracy error of automatic thousand particle weight analysis is ≤± 0.5%. And it can compare the length and width of seeds of different varieties and output vector graphics;
  • Simultaneously imaging and analyzing corn ears: 10 per time/minute, corn sections: 35 per time/2 minutes. Automatically measure the ear length, ear thickness, bald tip length, left and right ear edge angles, ear row angles, average number of grains per row, grain thickness, number of ear rows per section, ear thickness, shaft thickness, color, and their average values for each corn. It can also measure the grain length, width, color (represented by specific RGB values), grain height, and other parameters on each corn section;
  • Moisture determination: Through a moisture analyzer, data can be input into software and finally output uniformly;
  • Image analysis: It has the ability to zoom in and out freely, making it easy to view the marked results;
  • There is an automatic input interface for the barcode of the tested sample and RS232 weight data of the electronic balance. Simply plug in the computer barcode gun to scan the sample barcode number; The weight data of the tested sample on the electronic balance can be sent to the computer with just one click and saved as an Excel spreadsheet;
  • The analysis process is fully computer-controlled, efficient, accurate, easy to use, and truly one click operation. With just one click of the mouse, the results will be displayed;
  • Auxiliary deletion: Use the mouse to select add/delete, or manually count on the screen to ensure the accuracy of the results.
  • Personalized counting of the target area: counting within the selected range or rectangular range of the workspace field of view;
  • Analysis data export: The analysis image results can be saved, and a total report can be automatically generated. The statistical analysis results can be output to an Excel table. The examination system has cloud platform support, and data can be uploaded or downloaded through the cloud platform;
  • Software encryption: The corn seed analysis system adopts dynamic QR code and password dog encryption to register the specific information of the user unit and prevent the loss of the encryption dog.
