Introduction

The Plant Seed Quality Analyzer using Multispectral Imaging Analysis is a scientific device utilizing strobed LED
Technology across the multiple wavebands ranging from UV, visible, to NIR. It captures images and analyzes non –
destructively the specific physical surface characteristics of sample objects. Equipped with an automatic conveyor belt
system for continuous measurements, enabling rapid and accurate seed quality analysis. The system is capable of
distinguishing good seeds from defective, broken, mold-contaminated seeds or sorting seeds based on specific
physical properties, verifying breed purity and evaluating seed coating integrity. Additionally can be applied in
precision Agriculture to monitor in-field plant health, detect plant diseases before symptoms appear, and be utilized in
post-harvest processes for grading produce and controlling raw material quality in the food and animal feeding
Industries.
