Characteristic:

JSWL-II adopts near-infrared spectroscopy transmission technology, which is suitable for rapid and non-destructive quantitative detection of moisture, protein, amylose, taste value, and other aspects of the purchase, storage, and processing of brown rice and polished rice in indica and japonica rice, providing a fast detection method for rice quality identification. The instrument can be applied to different occasions such as laboratories, workshops, and field sites.

The Function Features:

  •  Spectral transmission technology: Near infrared spectral transmission technology is used to obtain the transmission spectral information of the sample.
  • Equipped with high-performance silicon diode array detectors, it has the following advantages: fast response speed, wide dynamic range, high sensitivity, large sensing area, and long lifespan. These characteristics ensure the stability of instrument signal acquisition.
  • Measurement method: Using transmission measurement method is beneficial for obtaining spectral information inside the entire sample. Provide more objective and effective sample composition information to improve detection accuracy and stability.
  • Computer aided configuration: 8-inch true color touch screen, equipped with intelligent operating system; Multi touch capacitive screen, sensitive and reliable operation; Built in 16GB or above high-capacity solid-state drive; Support data export to USB drive; Provide 2 or more USB 2.0 interfaces; Equipped with network interface and supporting Wi Fi connection function.
  • Provide 3 power supply modes that can be freely switched: AC 110-220V adapter power supply; DC 12-15V lithium polymer battery or lead-acid battery (suitable for outdoor continuous operation); Built in large capacity lithium polymer rechargeable battery (with a battery life of over 2 hours).
