KDN-10D/15D/20D/15S/20S Curve Rise Digester

Characteristic:

The KDN series curve heating digestion furnace adopts a well type electric heating method to heat the sample in the well type electric heating furnace for better thermal effect, improve the digestion speed, and release harmful gases such as SO2 from the digestion tube into the sewer through the drainage pipe and suction pump, effectively suppressing the overflow of harmful gases.

The Function Features:

•  The aluminum alloy heating module is made of precision cast and processed aluminum alloy, with uniform temperature distribution and long service life;
• Graphite heating module features uniform temperature distribution, high temperature resistance (up to 650 ℃), and small temperature buffering;
• Equipped with 1-60 stage program heating and single point heating functions;
• The temperature of the digestion furnace hole is continuously adjustable, the temperature difference between holes is small, the sample digestion consistency is good, and the thermal efficiency is high, which is conducive to the digestion of the sample;
• Up to 10 commonly used formula settings can be set, with one click selection to improve work efficiency;
• Equipped with a digestive tube cooling bracket to solve the cooling of high-temperature samples.
