Characteristic:

The Gluten Quantity and Quality Tester (MJ-IIIA) supplied by Toppan Agro is a measuring instrument for determining the quantity and quality of gluten and the water holding capacity of gluten, which consists of a double-head gluten washer and a gluten index tester as well as a dryer. The fast testing speed makes it ideal for users with large sample quantities.
